Where is the original baith form?

To Qadiani/Ahmadi/Lahori readers:

Following is the image capture one of the Qadiani website, which displays the conditions of initiation (baith) which have been originally laid down by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani.

However if we scan the books of Mirza, we find the following:

(Roohani Khazain vol. 13 p. 13)

Now let translate the underlined portion of this page:

".... and as I have earlier instructed in the 4th condition of initiation to practice true well-wishing of the English Government and true sympathy of the humanity ...."

Can any Qadiani/Ahmadi/Lahori explained what happened to this 4th condition of initiation? Where is the original baith form that was issued by Mirza? Who removed this condition and why?
